Taxes:

Sales tax will be charged as required state by state.

US and Canada Shipping 

US and Canada orders ship via USPS or UPS. 

When placing multiple orders you wish to be combined, email moonglowyarnco@gmail.com with your order numbers and I will gladly combine them for you and refund any applicable shipping overages. 

Please note order processing times in item description. If a ready to ship item is purchased with a dyed to order item, the items will ship together when the dyed to order item is ready.  

Please contact us via email (before purchasing) if you wish to add shipping insurance. Extra shipping costs over the listed shipping price are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is lost in transit, Moonglow will work with the customer to recover the missing package.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location for packages. Moonglow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If you wish to further protect your purchase please add shipping confirmation to your order. This ensures the package is delivered directly to you and does not get stolen after delivery. 

International Orders

Moonglow ships internationally via UPS and USPS. The customer may be charged customs fees or duties according to the policy of each country. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
